HR Leadership: The path to digital readiness

Bob Toohey

Bob Toohey has served as the President of pymetrics, a global future of work platform, since May of 2019. Prior to joining pymetrics, Toohey served as Chief People Officer for Verizon Media, where he led global human resources strategy and operations. From 2012 to 2016, Toohey served as president of Verizon Digital Media Services (DMS) and oversaw the business unit’s global expansion. From 2010 to 2012, Bob was president of Verizon Business, the $15B- business unit servicing global enterprise, mid-sized business, and government customers in 80 countries. He is a member of the Advisory Board for Docusign and CareMesh, and also is a member of the Board of Visitors for Northeastern University College of Business Administration, and the Advisory Council for Villanova University’s School of Business Center for Global Leadership.
Charles Mah

With 15 years of talent acquisition and leadership experience with companies including Workday, SAP, and Databricks, Charles Mah serves as iCIMS' chief evangelist, bringing a deep understanding of today's workforce and the common challenges business leaders face in maintaining and growing their organizations.
