HR Leadership: The path to digital readiness
In this unique period of organizational transformation, HR leaders are being looked to by their businesses, employees, and teams to light the way forward. The readiness of HR leaders can be marked by their response to three questions:

1. How do I make sure the business has the right talent in the right roles at the right time to properly innovate?
2. How do I inspire trust in my employees and assure them of their relevance in the digitally-driven future?
3. What kind of skills and mindset do I need to instill in my team to create a capable network of change agents?

Transformation, digital or otherwise, involves shifts in processes, products and platforms. Although there is no one-size-fits-all blueprint to change, you also don’t have to navigate the journey alone. Now more than ever, the HR community must come together to challenge, learn, adapt and grow to move the industry forward.

pymetrics president, Bob Toohey, will be hosting a conversation with industry leaders Jennifer Burnett, Principal Consultant at Caliber Talent Solutions, and Charles Mah, Chief Evangelist at iCIMS to share their experience leading and advising on workforce transformation strategies at various organizations including Bank of America, SAP, Workday, and Databricks.
